Other people say i have been a great CO and approve of my methods. I am also as active as possible.I have a lot of time on the server and i really want to be a CO on this server[/b][b]7 Do you have any experience as a Commander?[/b][b]Yes, I have been a CO on many different servers. to name a few: Shock, 442nd, ST and Death Troopers[/b][b]8 One of your Troopers starts to Minge/Troll, what would you do?(At least 100 words)[/b][b]It would depend on the severity of their actions, I would want to hear them out first on why they did what they did, so i would talk to them privately and hear what they have to say, and I would contact an Admin to see if their story checks out, but then i would give them a reason to not do it again, like long PT or a rank demotion if they wanted to stay in the battalion. I would first explain why i am giving them a warning+punishment (varies) and ask them to stop, but if they continue to do it and disregard any further warnings then i have no choice to kick them out of the battalion because, from experience, once there is 1 person who starts to minge, he can infect others. So I would contact an admin and ask for him to be removed from the battalion, and use said person as an example to other troopers, that mingeing/trolling is not tolerated and rules are in place for a reason. If it was an accident however, and if I can confirm it, I am willing to forgive said trooper with mild consequences.[/b][b]9 would you take responsibility of your troopers Actions?[/b][b]I would because they are my troopers and I am in charge of them and their well-being.[/b]
